Zachrey Todd Burke passed away May 30, 2013. Zac was born June 22, 1995 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Todd and Stephanie Burke . Zac has one older sister, Kyla, who he loved to sit up all night and talk with; two younger brothers, Landon, his favorite competitor and best friend and Spencer who he'd stand up for and protect no matter what; and his little sister Abbigayle who he would do absolutely anything for.

Zac loved life and lived life to the fullest. If he wasn't on the football field, basketball court or running track, he was in the mountains or by the water fishing. Zac and his car would go everywhere, even places where a car shouldn't go. He spent lots of time camping and exploring the mountains in Beaver. There was always a new adventure to have or place to explore.

He graduated from Beaver High School with the class of 2013 and loved them all very much especially his teammates. Zac loved to play sports and played with all his heart and always gave it all he had and then some. It was so fun to watch him play especially when things got intense and the "gorilla" came out. He loved his coaches, teammates and the fans-thanks blue crew!

Zac has a big heart. He had a talent for taking care of others and making those around him happy. He always knew just what to say to make you smile and had a smile that lit up the whole room. He made friends wherever he went and was the most loyal friend you could have. Zac always cheered for the under dog and protected those around him. That's probably one of the reasons he decided to join the National Guard. Zac was sworn into the National Guard on May 28, 2013, where he planned to serve as a combat medic. He was excited for the opportunity to serve his country.

Zac was survived by his parents, his siblings, his Grandpa and Grandma Burke (Gayle and Kandy Burke) his Grandma " Dell" (Sherry Cowdell), family, and friends who all love him very much. Zac was preceded in death by his grandpa Kenneth Ensign and cousin Hunter Burke.

Funeral services and a celebration of Zac's life will be held on Monday, June 10, 2013 at the Beaver Stake Center located at 1350 E. 200 N., Beaver, UT. at 11:00 am. A viewing will be held on Sunday, June 9th from 6-8 pm. A viewing will also be held from 9-10:30 AM on June 10th at the Beaver Stake Center. Interment will be in the Mt. View Cemetery in Beaver, UT, all under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary.
