Strawberry Point Leslie W. Burgin, 82, at his home here; had been an invalid for many years; born Nov. 21, 1861, near Edgewood, son of Joseph and Sarah Burgin; married Emma Rhines March 27, 1889; they farmed near Strawberry Point until retiring to town 20 years ago; leaves son and two daughters, Irving Burgin, Artesia, Cal.; Mrs. Earl Stoner, Strawberry Point; Mrs. Harry Stamp, Lamont; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild; wife died Sept.
