Theodore August Burghardt of Melbourne, FL - he was the son of Fredrick and Dorothy Burghardt. Graduating from West Babylon High, he pursued degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and retired from the aerospace industry. He was spent 8 years as an EMT with the Harbor City Volunteer Ambulance Squad, 30 years as an Assistant Scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts and was a member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church. Peceded in death by his wife, Judy and son, Robert, surviving are his mother, Dorothy; sons, Patrick (Shelley), William (Jamie) and Jon (Amy) and grandchildren, Steven, Anthony, Darian, Jordyn, Ashylnn, Andrew and Tristan.
