He was born at Dexter August 30, 1946, son of Laurice and Rilla (Webber) Burgess.
He is survived by his parents; paternal grandfather, Walter Burgess; a sister, Dawna Burgess, all of Dover-Foxcroft.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Lary Funeral Home, here.
Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, at Dover South Mills.
