Robert Allen Burgess Jan. 4, 1952 - Aug. 25, 2006 Resident of Pittsburg "B" passed peacefully early Friday at the age of 54. A graduate of Clayton Valley High School where he played varsity football and met his sweetheart. He was employed at Mt. Diablo Hospital for 28 years. "B" is survived by his wife of 35 years, Tami Burgess; daughters, Kristy Pearce and Candace Burgess; son, Robert Jay; grandchildren, Spencer and Elizabeth; parents, Robert and Louise; sisters, Kay Shelby and Nina Wright; brothers, Clark, David, and John. He is preceded in death by a brother, Tony Burgess.
