Born Sept. 1, 1921, in Natrona Heights, Harrison, she was a daughter of the late James and Frone Smith Burd.
She was a homemaker and a member of Zion United Methodist Church, Buffalo Township.
Mrs. Bicker was a Sunday school secretary for many years at her church.
She is survived by her husband, Floyd W. Bicker, whom she married Oct. 4, 1941; a daughter, Janet E. Kriss of New Martinsville, W.Va.; a son, Russell F. Bicker of Slippery Rock; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Agnes Smith of Cabot, and Virginia Smith of Freeport; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers.
Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the THOMPSON-MILLER FUNERAL HOME INC., 124 E. North St., Butler, where services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. Dr. David West, of GraceWay Community Church, Butler, will officiate. Interment will be in Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery, Sarver.
