Funeral arrangements were pending Sunday for A. F. Burch, 71, Texas county pioneer and secretary-treasurer of the National Farm Loan association who died suddenly at his home, 912 Academy, late Saturday morning,
Burch's body is at the Henson Funeral home in Guymon.
Survivors include is wife, Mary of the home, one daughter, Mrs. James H (Jeanne) Darden of Guymon and two grand-daughers, Jerre Linda, 11, and Bette Diane Darden, nine; three sisters, Mrs. Orville Wilkins of Liberal, Kans., Mrs. Edgar Shields of El Monte, Calif. and Mrs. Ed McMains of Huntington Park, Calif.
He was the son of Albert and Ella Burch and was born March 18, 1882 at Linneus, Mo., and was married to the former Mary Elizabeth Nichols on Oct. 5, 1918 at Amarillo, tex.
Burch came to Texas county with his parents in 1903 from Missouri and homesteaded near Optima [Ok}.
