Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Betty Jim Bedingfield Burch, age 81, will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at the Cadwell City Cemetery. Rev. Jerry Collins will officiate.
Mrs. Burch was born on September 20, 1928 in Dublin, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late C.J. and Ruth Burch Bedingfield. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Edsel M. Burch. She was a graduate of Brewton Parker College. She was a member of Bethsaida Baptist Church. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Burch passed away on Saturday, May 22, 2010 at her residence following an extended illness.
Mrs. Burch is survived by her son, C.J. Burch, of Dublin, 2 daughters, Jan B. (Stan) Hogan, of Jackson, and Kay Burch, of Decatur, a sister, Connie B. Daniel, of Rentz, 2 grandchildren, Stanley L. Hogan, and Nida (Christopher) Reynolds, and several nieces and nephews.
