Charlotte L. Bievenour, 90, died Friday, July 4, 2014, at Normandie Ridge. She was the wife of the late Chester L. Bievenour. Charlotte was born in Emigsville on July 3, 1924, a daughter of the late Paul and Ethel (Plowman) Bupp.
She was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church. Charlotte is survived by three daughters, Sharon Streiff and husband Stephen of Monroe, WI, Sandra Stein of Monroe, OH, Susan Gaskill and husband Albert of Mount Wolf; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a brother Donald Bupp of York; and a sister, Evelyn Cutler of Stewartstown. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Elizabeth Streiff.
A funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, July 10, 2014, at Aldersgate United Methodist Church 397 Tyler Run Road York with her pastor the Rev. Paul Baughman officiating. Burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery. A viewing will be 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday in the church parlor. The Etzweiler Funeral Home and Cremation Service of York is in charge of arrangements.
