Mr. Bullock served as a seaman in the Merchant Marines. He retired from Hall County Sheriff's Department as a sergeant with 34 and a half years of service. He was an active member of the Peace Officer's Association of Georgia and the Grand Lodge Fraternal Order of Police. His service to Hall County and his community extended beyond his duties as a Hall County deputy. His caring treatment of the people he came in contact with will be remembered by many. He made new friends at every corner and maintained those relationships with new and old ones alike. He was a devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with his family and indulging his only grandson and watching sunsets.
