She was born on August 22, 1939, in Utica, a daughter of the late Walter and Ruth (Titus) Bullen. She attended Whitesboro Schools.
She is survived by her children. She also leaves her grandchildren; and a very special great-grandson. She is also survived by two brothers and a sister. She was predeceased by her husband and friend, Silas Agnew; six sisters, Kay, Ann, Doris, Edith, Lillie and Betty; and two brothers, Richard and Thomas; also several nieces and nephews; and always in her heart, a great-granddaughter, Haley Rose Smith.
