Cecil A. Bullard, 69, of Concord passed away Friday in a Little Rock hospital. He was a farmer, a member of the Church of Christ, a veteran of World War II and a life time resident of Arkansas.
Cecil was the son of John Newton and Eula Bell Bullard.
Survivors are his wife Beulah Kerlin Bullard of Concord; four sons, Marlin Bullard of Taylor, MI, Norman Bullard, Gary Bullard and Kevin Bullard all of Concord; one daughter, Joy Long of Pine Bluff, AR; his mother, Eula Bell Bullard of Brighton, MI; two brothers, Raymond Bullard of Florida and Troy Bullard of Michigan; three sisters, Erma Ebrite of Ada, OK, Monnie Maryonovich of Arizona and Eula Mae Kellams of Wayne, MI; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father John Newton Bullard and an infant brother.
