This memorial is dedicated to my ancestor Isaac Bullard. He was the son of Isaac Bullard and Lucy Stevens.
Isaac married Martha Holden on October 25, 1781, in Barre, Worchester County, Massachusetts.
They were the parents of eight children
Justus (January 27, 1784-January 04, 1826)
Patty (March 10, 1786-died on unknown date) married Eli Wright
Mary (June 19, 1788-died on unknown date) married Jedediah Olmstead
Issac Augustus (October 29, 1791-April 09, 1827) married Betsy Barlow (August 05, 1797-February 28, 1828)
Aaron Stevens (November 03, 1799-June 02, 1852) married my ancestor Mary Dolph (December 07, 1803-May 01, 1870)
Hannah Holden (November 03, 1799-died on unknown date) married
Robert P. Babcock
Anna (1805-1869)
Joseph (1810-died on unknown date)
*************************************
Isaac enlisted in the Revolutionary War sometime in April 1776 in Worcester in the state of Massachusetts in the company commanded by Captain Benjamin Gates of the Massachusetts Reg. Company by Rufus Puttman. He continued to serve in the said Corps or in the service of the United States, until April 1780 when he was discharged from service in Highland in the State of New York and that he was in the Surrender of Burgoyne, Harlem Heights and White Plains.
*************************************
The surrender of British Lieutenant General John Burgoyne at Saratoga, New York on October 17, 1777, were far reaching, for the American victory had convinced the other European powers that an American victory was possible, and aid was soon forthcoming.

Died in his 74th year of age
