DELPHOS - Marie Buffington, 59, Delphos, died Thursday, June 9, 1994, at St. John's Regional Health Center, Salina.
Mrs. Buffington was born Marie Garst on July 18, 1934 at Glasco and lived in the Delphos area most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of the Delphos First Presbyterian Church.
Her husband, Eugene L., died in 1986 and she was also preceded in death by an infant daughter, Sherry Ann.
Survivors include a son, Randy of Delphos; a daughter, Jeannie Buffington of Delphos; and a brother, James Garst of Kansas City, Kan.
The funeral will be a t 2 pm Monday at Shields Funeral Home, Minneapolis, the Rev. William Hurtig officiating. Burial will be in Delphos Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Great Plains Diabetes Research.
Visitation will be until 9 pm today, from 1 to 9 pm Sunday and until the service Monday at the funeral home, 405 Argyle, Minneapolis 67467.
