Donna Mae Barnes, 77, of Gentry, Arkansas, died April 29, 2013, at her home. Born March 15, 1936, in Highland Park, California, she was the daughter of Leon Buckley and Lottie Mae Nutter Buckley. She married Gary Barnes on April 12, 1980, in Siloam Spring, Arkansas. She worked for Franklin Electric in Siloam Springs for 28 years. Donna was a Christian and a member of the Gentry Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by six brothers; two sisters; one grandchild; and four step grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband Gary of the home; two sons, Dean Spears and wife Kathy of Colcord, Oklahoma, and James Spears and wife Cindy of Cincinnati, Arkansas; two daughters, Darlene Kidd and husband David of Summers, Arkansas, and Debbie McFadin and husband James of Gentry; three step children, Jimmy Barnes and wife Pat of Gentry, Arkansas, Bryan Barnes and wife Anna of Weddington, Arkansas, and Tracy Chitwood and husband Tom of Van Buren, Missouri; fifteen grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; two brothers, Ed Buckley of Gentry, and Bill Buckley of Eufaula, Oklahoma; and one sister, Betty Cline of Reno, Nevada.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 1, 2013, at Church of Christ, Gentry, Arkansas, with Bruce Potter officiating. Burial will follow at Old Union Cemetery, Cincinnati, Arkansas
