Mrs. Anna Mary Archer, eighty four, died Tuesday, January 18, 1938 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William Ritchie of Beaver Crossing. Also surviving are another daughter, Mrs. Libbie Davis of Beaver Crossing; three sons, Jesse L. Smith of Seattle, Frank C. Smith of Knoxville, Ia., and James M. Smith of Wichita, Kas; two sisters, Mrs. Sophia Reams of Norfolk and Mrs. Catherine Miller of Friend; sixteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Methodist Church in Beaver Crossing. Rev. Harold McClelland officiating. Burial in Leland Cemetery.
Mrs. Archer was a former Geneva resident, moving to Beaver Crossing after the death of her husband, John Archer.
