Mr. Andrew Donnell Brunson passed into eternal rest June 14, 2012, in Miami, Florida. The Bulloch County native was the son of the late Walter James and Jewell Henry Mincey. He was educated in the public school system of Bulloch and later moved to Miami, Fla., in 1969. Mr. Brunson was retired from the United States Postal Service.
He leaves his memories to be cherished by his loving wife, Linda Brunson, Miami, Fla.; daughters, Angela Brown and Shanikquea Brunson, both of Miami, Fla., and Shakina Johnson, Statesboro, Ga.; Andrew Darnell Brunson II, Davie, Fla., Joe Antwan Brunson, Miami, Fla., Joe Ed (Beverly) Brunson, Claxton, Ga., Pastor Erma Brunson Raymond, Steve Henry, Gregory Henry and Debra Henry, all of Dalton, Ga., Glen Henry, Nancy Henry and Dianternette Henry, all of Atlanta, Ga.; 11 grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends.
The funeral service for Mr. Brunson will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, June 23, 2012, at the New Bethlehem Baptist Church, Register, Ga., with the Rev. Michael Moore, pastor, and the Rev. Erma Raymond, eulogist. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
