Grace Bruno Annie, 90, a longtime St. Albans resident, was joyfully ushered into the Lord's presence on October 13, 1008. She died peacefully at home after a lengthy illness, surrounded by her family.

She was a native of Reynoldsville and a graduate of Victory High School, Clarksburg.

Grace was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Jim Annie; brother, Frank Bruno; sisters, Dolly Weir, Millie Tumbry and Rose Moscar; and son-in-law, Donnie Crooks.

She is survived by her children, Theresa Annie Helms and husband, David, of Lawrenceville, GA, caregiver, Mary Virginia Annie of St. Albans, John J. Annie and wife, Gloria, of South Charleston and Charlotte Annie Crooks of St. Albans; and sisters, Irene Bordo of Stonewood and Janette Mele of New Eagle, PA. Grace endured her prolonged illness with reverential and unquestioning acceptance and was a beloved model to others of God's comforting grace throughout her lifetime.
