Dale A. Bruhl, age 87, of Toledo and formerly of Sylvania, Ohio passed away Tuesday, December 2, 2003, in The Toledo Hospital. Dale was the owner/operator of Frigid Fleet which he started after the war. He was also a distributor for Meadow Gold and Borden Dairy. He was an Army Air Corps veteran and loved to travel extensively in Europe, South America and the United States. Dale was a warm and loving person who took personal interest in who he hired and helped over the years. He hosted many foreign students in his home and was also a longtime member of the Inverness Club.
Dale is survived by his wife, Rita; son, Dale Jr. of Toledo; daughter, Suzanne (Henry) Campbell of Louisville, Kentucky; stepdaughters, Gretchen (Duncan) Thomas of Toledo and Heidi (David) Waterman of Toledo; 16 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
There will be no visitation. A private family Memorial Service will be held.
