Chelly, age 34, died at a Topeka Hospital. She was the daughter of Larry E. and Pauline H. (Comstock) Brown. She graduated from Bonner Springs High School in 1993. She married Bradley Broxterman on November 15, 1997, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Topeka.
Survivors include her husband, her children, Ashley Broxterman, Emily Broxterman, Clara Broxterman, Michael Broxterman, and Matthew Taylor, her parents, and her siblings, Tami Shaw, Melody Burkholder, Patrick Brown, and Anthony Brown.
A memorial service was held at Piper Funeral Home in St. Marys. Inurnment was in Rossville Cemetery.
