On the 1920 census Sherman, Lula and 6 children, ages 13 to 19 are shown on the Copeland and Grange Hall area which at that time as part of Precinct 3 may have also been on the Tyler & Bullard Rd.
Clara is shown on both the 1910 and 1920 census. It is unknown at this time whether or not any other members of this family were killed in the fire. Death certificates have not been located but the search continues for more details regarding this tragedy.
