Mrs. Mary Kathryn Brown. 91. a resident of Birchwood Nursing Home. 100 N.E. 14th St., Casey, died at 1:31 p.m. Wednesday (April 21. 1999) at the Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Ind. She was a teacher for over 30 years.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Markwell's Funeral Home with Dr. Mark Kaley officiating. Burial will follow in Robinson Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Brown was born Aug. 7, 1907 at Robinson, the daughter of Ray M. and Clara Eaton Henry. She married Paul Jones Brown on Aug. 14, 1935, in Robinson. He died on Oct. 25, 1966.

Survivors include one sister, Belva Billings of Casey; one niece, Judy Goodwick of Sandwich. She was also preceded in death by one brother and one sister.

Mrs. Brown was a member of the United Methodist Church, the Casey Womens Club and the Retired Teachers Association.

The family suggests, for those who wish, memorials may be made to the Casey United Methodist Church.
