She was born Oct. 16, 1914, in Piper City, a daughter of William and Fay Hamilton Brown. She married Rance Guthrie. He preceded her in death. She later married Lloyd Fuoss. He also preceded her in death.
Survivors include one son, Dennis Fuoss, LaJolla, Calif.; two grandsons, Bill and Tom Guthrie, both of Texas; one granddaughter, Nicole Fuoss of Oregon; and five great-granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, James Guthrie; one brother, Russell Brown; and one sister, Frances Nicholls.
She was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Piper City. She enjoyed cooking, baking, crossword puzzles and the community of Piper City.
She was an assembly worker at Henalds Manufacturing, Piper City.
She graduated from Piper City High School.
