She is survived by her husband George of Monmouth, IL; three children Linda (Gary) Johnson of German Valley, IL, Carol Totten of Galesburg, IL, and Cindy (George) Mohr of Alexis, IL; 6 grandchildren- Todd Johnson, Morgan Johnson, Zachary (Kimmie) Totten, Erin Totten, Bryan Mohr, Brad Mohr; one great grandson Cameron Totten; one sister Laveta Pfeiff of Burlington, IA, one sister-in-law Beverly Siegriest of Gautier, MS, one brother-in-law Tom Barry of El Granada, CA. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 sister, and 2 brothers.
She worked at Form-Fit in Monmouth, IL; the Iowa Ordinance Plant in Middletown, IA and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Larchland Ladies Aid Society, and a member of Lake Warren. She was a former member of the First United Methodist Church of Burlington, IA. She enjoyed Sewing, quilting, gardening, cooking and baking. She was a recipient of a cornea transplant.
Graveside service will be Monday July 8, 2013, 11:00 am at the Lenox Union Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 9:30-10:30 am at Corman's Roseville, IL.
