SEYMOUR - Hazel Lewallen, 90, died Thursday, March 3, 2005, in Seymour.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at First Baptist Church, Seymour, with the Rev. Ronnie Miller, officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery under the direction of Seymour Memorial Funeral Home.
Mrs. Lewallen was a retail clerk at Perry Brothers for 22 years.
Survivors include three daughters, Mary Lou Scribner of Seymour, Betty Davis of Bridgeport, Texas, and Dora Davis of Nederland.
