Danny Treadway officiated. Mrs. Brown was a native of Central Falls, RI, and she was a homemaker and a Catholic. Survivors include her husband, Platt R. Brown Jr.; son, Warren Brown of Crossville; daughters, Betty Ann Saley of Homestead, FL, and Cheryl Kay Ivan of Columbus, OH; grandchildren, Mary Anna Abele, and Jimmy Ivan, both of Columbus, OH; and great-grandchildren, Ashley Abele and Richard Abele and Haley Ivan, all of Columbus, OH. Pallbearers were Donald Goodwin Jr., Ronnie Sykes, W.D. Thomas, Jim Thomas, David Sipper, Chris Soeffner, Jim Ivan Jr., and Denny Livesay. Johnson-Grier Funeral Home in Louisville
