Anna Mae (Reeves) Brown, daughter of William Simon "Doc" and Dora Elizabeth (Beard) Reeves, was born 21 Feb 1893 in Pulaski, Giles County, TN.
Anna Mae came by train from TN to Harmon Community, Lamar County, TX with her father and step-mother, William S. & Bettie (Harwell) Shelton Reeves and their extended family in 1900.
She married Toke B. Brown 2 Feb 1920 in Lamar County, TX (MB 32:153). Three children to this union; Virginia Reeves b. 31 Jan 1922 m. Thomas Scott Baer, William Toke "Buddy" b. 4 Mar 1924 m. Adell Allen, Dudley Creed "Jack" b. 6 Apr 1926 m. Frankie Whitlock.
She died at McCuistion Hospital, Paris, Lamar County, TX 20 Apr 1977. She was a member of the Roxton Baptist Church and her only sibling was William Abernathy "Abb" Reeves.
