SOUTH PITTSBURGH, TN - Wanda Gail Brown Braden, 72, passed away, Monday, May 28, 2012 at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, at 2:15 p.m. EST.
She retired from the J B White Stores and was a member of Battlecreek Baptist Church since 2006.
Mrs. Braden was the daughter of the late Ira Donald and Olivia Irene Fields Brown. Also preceding her in death are her son, John William Braden; brothers, James, Johnny and Kenneth Brown; and her sister, Sally Brown Vinson.
She is survived by her sons, Gary Holland, of South Pittsburg, TN and Kerry (Diane) Holland, of Gray, TN; daughters, Anita Kay (Bobby) Register, of Forsyth, GA and Sheila (Ron) Churchill, of South Pittsburg, TN; 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and a son and daughter, though the eyes of God, Jimmy and Lynne Griffin, of Pembroke, GA.
Funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. CDT, Wednesday, May 30, 2012 with Bro. Jeff Nelson officiating.
Interment will follow in Cumberland View Cemetery.
The family will receive friends 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. CDT today.
In lieu of flowers donation be made in her memory to the Battlecreek Baptist Church.
