Carol attended St. Stanislaus Grade School and Lourdes Regional High School. She then went on to earn her degree in journalism at Pennsylvania State University.
Carol resided in Boca Raton, Fla. for the last 25 years with her beloved husband, Bruce Brown. They were married in St. Michael Church in 1984 where she was given away by her late father, Frank (Fritz) Andrews. She is also survived by her mother, Arlene Andrews, of Coal Township; her brothers, Mark Andrews and his wife, Mary Beth, of Fairfax Station, Va., and Fritz Andrews and his wife, Dottie, of Lorton, Va.; and her brother-in-law Paul Brown and his wife, Katherine. She also had eight nieces and nephews that she loved dearly, Jennifer (Andrews) Flynn, Alison (Andrews) Wolfe, Kathy Andrews (her goddaughter), Robyn Andrews (her goddaughter), Elizabeth Brown, Margaret Brown, Stephen Andrews and Kevin Andrews.
