BIRCHE CALVERT BROWN was born 15 March '1864' and died 28 dec 1931. She married 12 nov 1884 William M. Thompson Brown. She was buried in the old section of Memory Lane Cemetery in block 16. She had three children, two dying in infancy. One son survived, Urey C. Brown.

Even though my great great aunt's death certificate and obituary give 1869 as her year of birth and her gravestone gives 1864, she was actually born in 1866, because her parents were married in June 1865; she was 4 years old on the 1870 census with 2 younger siblings; and on her marriage record it states that she was 18 when she was married on 12 Nov 1884.
