He lived in Kenai, Alaska for the past nine years. Before that he lived in Lindon, Utah. He was born on October 31, 1955 in Payson, Utah, to Lee Dell and Elayne Brown.
Scott loved fishing, camping, hunting and anything else to do with the outdoors. He always felt at peace when he was surrounded by nature.
He is survived by: his children: Billie (Mike) Hooks, Shantel Brown, Leesa Brown and Kaleb Brown;15 grandchildren; his father, Lee Dell; siblings: Judy (Guy) Goddard, Sharon (Gary) Mikkelson, Brad (Theo) Brown, Kim (Charlie) Christensen and Nikki (Jeff) Luck; his wife, Patricia, and her children, Justin (Michelle), Aaron and Cammie Ann.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Elayne Brown.
He graduated from Orem High School, and after that he went to Trade Tech and there he got his degree in plumbing. He worked most of his life for Brown Plumbing and Heating. He was a kind and gentle man; he was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Services will be held at the Walker Mortuary, 587 South 100 West, Payson, Wednesday, October 6, 2010, 11:00 a.m. where friends & family may call Tuesday, October 5, 2010 from 6-8 p.m. or Wednesday, 10-10:45 a.m.
Interment will be at the Payson Cemetery.
