Fort Worth- Albert E. Brown, 83, a retired flight line mechanic for General Dynamics, died Friday at a Fort Worth hospital.
Funeral 1pm Tuesday at First Baptist Church of Lake Worth, where he was a member and deacon and active in the Royal Ambassadors group.
Burial: Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park. Visitation 6 to 8 tonight at Biggers Funeral Home in Fort Worth.
Mr. Brown was born in Walters, Oklahoma and had lived in the Fort Worth area since the 1940s. He worked for GD 25 years. He was a former member and president of Lake Worth Independent School District.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Espiria Galbiati Brown, and three daughters, Mattie Lucia Brown, Linda Lee Brown and Patricia Ann Brown.
Memorials: Building Fund at First Baptist Church of Lake Worth.
Survivors: Wife, Helen McMillian Brown of Lakeside, daughter, Celeste Brown Trantham of Fort Worth; two stepdaughters, Catherine Muse of Watauga and Cynthia Blagg of Arlington; brother, Monroe Brown of Haltom City, two grandchildren, Jennifer Espiria Anderson of River Oaks and Christi Lee Trantham of Fort Worth; five step grandchildren, Robert Blagg, Bryan Blagg, Rebecca Blagg, Lindsey and Lauren Blagg, all of Fort Worth.
