Mrs Ida Long Brown, 61, wife of Robert S Brown, died at 9 a.m. Tuesday, February 4 at her home in Rockwood following an illness of several days.
Funeral services were held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at the First Christian church with burial at Oak Grove cemetery.
She is survived by her husband; a daughter, Mrs Lowell Bean, Chattanooga; a son, Howard, Richmond, Va; 3 grandchildren; 5 sisters, Mrs C P Harrison, Mrs R P Bledsoe, Rockwood; Mrs Jane Hinds, Chattanooga; Mrs L M Hedgecoth, St Charles, Va; Mrs W T Jones, Knoxville; a brother, F W Long, Sheffield, Ala.
