Services for Mrs. Mamie Broome Adams will be held 2 p.m. Thursday (viewing at 1 p.m.) at Zion Canaan Baptist Church with burial in Memorial Gardens of Columbia. Wake services will be held 6 p.m. this evening at Leevy's Funeral Home, Taylor Street Chapel.
Surviving are her daughter, Beverly Rhoden; sons, John, Jr., Alphonso, Ernest, Ervin, and Reverend James Adams; sisters, Marie Collins and Myrtle Way; brothers, Lazell, Nathaniel, and James Broome; grandchildren; great-grands.
