Kay Elizabeth (Brooks) Bloomer, 63, passed away Sunday, Sept. 21, 2008, at her residence in Bargersville.
She was born Feb. 24, 1945, in Flint, Mich., to Doyle L. and Olive Ruth (Ward) Brooks.
She is survived by a daughter, Elizabeth Anne "Beth" (Tim) Clark of Franklin.
She was preceded in passing by her parents.
She was a 1963 graduate of Broad Ripple High School and a graduate of Indiana Business College.
Kay was a branch adviser for Longaberger baskets for 15 years. She was an office manger with the Brown County Water Co. She was a board certified water plant operator.
Longaberger baskets and her dog, Pepper, were her passions.
The Rev. Walter Howard will conduct a service Wednesday at Flinn & Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 N. Morton St. (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin.
Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin.
