He is on the 1880 Census with his parents in Prairie Twp., Randolph Co., Missouri
24 OCT 1893 at age 20 he married Elmer N. HAWTHORN in Bell Co., Texas.
Frank and Elmer had 1 daughter that I know of:
1. Mattie Maud BROOKS was born 24 JAN 1895 and died age 1 year 9 months, 28 SEP 1896 in Temple, Bell Co., Texas.
Frank and Elmer were on the 1900 Census in Temple Ward 3, Bell Co., Texas. Frank, age 27, was a "Fireman".
