On Thursday, November 28, 2013 departed this life surrounded by the love of family and friends. He was a family man with a generous heart who touched the lives of all who knew him. He leaves to cherish his memory two daughters Angela and Tiffany; one stepdaughter Patrice; two stepsons Gregory and Marcus; five grandchildren, one brother, 13 nephews, five nieces, and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife the late Pasty Brooks, father Thomas P Brooks, mother Eva M Brooks, sister Phyllis, brothers Calvin, Milton and Gerald. A celebration of his life will be held on Monday, December 9, Viewing will be held at Ebenezer AME Church, 7707 Allentown Rd, Fort Washington, MD 20744 from 9:30 a.m. until time for the service at 11 a.m. Interment services at Lincoln Cemetery, Suitland MD. Arrangements entrusted to Ronald Taylor Funeral Home, Washington DC.
