Rosemary is survived by sisters, Dorothy Sherry, and Lucille Christakos; niece, Judy Bailey; nephews, Roger, James, and Louis Christakos. Rosemary is also survived by four loving sons and spouses, Michael, James, Thomas J. and Beverly, and John and Linda, all living nearby; eleven grandchildren, Krista, Tracey, Rob, Jackie, Gary, Lauren, Tara, Ashley, Dwayne, Jason and Kevin; and seven great grandchildren, Shaun, Tyler, Joshua, Samuel, Riley, Randy and Rory.
Rosemary worked as a registered nurse at various hospitals and at Lynnwood Manor Nursing Home retiring in 1990 with over 35 years in nursing. Following her retirement from nursing she volunteered over 5700 hours for Stevens Hospital Pharmacy from 1991 until her death. Rosemary's devotion to her family and compassion for her work was extraordinary.
The Memorial Mass and service was held at the St. Thomas Moore Church, 6511 176th St. SW, Lynnwood, Thursday, August 26, 2004 at 10:30 A.M, followed by a procession to Floral Hills (Lynnwood), a brief graveside service, and reception.
Memorials may be made in Rosemary's name to St. Thomas Moore Church or Hospice of Snohomish County.
