Mr. Alpheus Brooks died at his home on Federal street, Wednesday of last week, aged 51 years. Mr. Brooks was born at Victor and had been a resident of Perry only two years. He is survived by a wife and two sons. The funeral services were held at his late residence Friday afternoon, Rev. D. G. Herrell offlciating. Interment at Mendon, Monroe County.
