-- The funeral for Mrs. Frances Sanders Bronson, 82, formerly of Richburg, will be conducted at 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 4, at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church in Richburg. The Rev. Linda Jenkins will officiate and burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Bronson, 82, died Monday, Sept. 1, 2008, at Allendale County Hospital in Fairfax.
A native of Chester, Mrs. Bronson was a graduate of Oakley Hall High Schol and attended Winthrop College. She was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church and was a homemaker.
Survivors include a son, Ralph Bronson of Rock Hill; a sister, Sarah Jean Williams of Gastonia; her caregiver, Windora Altman of Crockettville, S.C.; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Mann Bronson.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. Thursday in the church fellowship hall.
