Jimmy passed away Sunday evening at his home in Shawnee. He was born in Lamesa Texas to Clyde and Dora Wilson Brock.
He married Oleta Mae Batchelor in Lamesa, Texas December 6, 1960.
He was proceded in death by his parents, his brother, Tommy Brock and his wife, Belle Simmons Brock, his brother, Everett Brock and brother, Robert Cecil Brock, and one brother in-law, Gary Davis.
Survivors include the mother of his four children, Oleta, one son James and Peggy; three daughters and two sons-in law, Janice and Greg of Tecumseh, Julie of Shawnee, Juanita and Jesus of Shawnee. Twelve grandchildren; Samantha, Jamie, Rick, Stephanie, Roger, Amanda, Brandon, April, Charlie, Jessica, Amie, and Lisa. Two great grandchildren; Bricen and Chase; three sisters, Opal and husband Louie of Texas, Marie and husband Bill of Texas and Dorothy of Alaska.
He always had a special place in his heart for his nieces and nephews.
Services were at Temple Baptist Church with the Rev. Mike Craig officiating. Eulogy by his daughter Janice. Pallbearers his grandchildren, Charlie, Jessica, Roger, Amie, Amanda, and Lisa.
He will be missed by his family as well as everyone that knew Jimmy.
