Mrs. Anna Britman, 63, of 2641 Spring St., died today (May 12, 1935) in Buffalo General Hospital. She had been ill for several weeks.
Born in Russia, Mrs. Britman came to this country in 1920 and had resided in Niagara Falls since then.
She and her husband David operated the Britman Grocery Store 312 72nd St., for 35 years before retiring last year. Mrs. Britman was a member of the Temple Beth Israel Sisterhood, Hadassah and the Jewish Federation of Niagara Falls.
She is survived by her husband and daughter, Mrs. Robert (Lucille) Wisbaum, this city. Also surviving are four grandsons.
Friends may call at the Spallino Funeral Home tonight at 7 o'clock.
Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home Thursday at 2 p.m. by Rabbi Seymour L. Shorr. Burial will be in Temple Beth Israel Cemetery.
Friends may make memorial contributions to the Temple Beth Israel building fund.
