Mrs. Sophie C. Branning 84 widow of the late Frank W. Branning died at home in Inglehart on Jan 19, 1943 after a long illness. Sophie was born in Germany Jan 7, 1859. she is survived by 3 sons; Paul of Forty-Fort; Roy,of Philadelphia and Philip at home; 4 daughters, Mabel Branning at home, Mrs. Alice Olver, and Mrs. Carol Crosby of Honesdale, PA, and Mrs. Davetta Fry of Hancock, NY, also five grand children. Funeral services will be held at Rasmussen's funeral Parlors at two o'clock on Friday afternoon, Rev. Reed Greninger officiating. Interment at burial in Glen Cove Cemetery in Narrowsburg following the services.
