"Together Again"
Our loving mother and grandmother, J. Virginia Healy Bringhurst, passed away October 24, 2005. She was born on November 1, 1911 in Murray, Utah to James Lawrence and Anna Jensen Healy. Married Ray Neil Bringhurst in the Salt Lake Temple on August 15, 1932; he passed away on November 25, 1987. Virginia was an active member of the LDS Church. She loved teaching young children in Primary and Sunday School. She was a wonderful seamstress, homemaker, hostess, and excellent cook. She loved to give parties. Mom and Dad felt their greatest accomplishment was raising four children who all graduated from college, married in the Temple, and their sons and sons-in-law all served missions. Virginia's family was the most important thing to her. She left a great legacy of service to her family. Survived by her sons, Kent H. Bringhurst (Margaret); Paul H. Bringhurst (Sue); daughters, RaeAnn Fischbeck (Rod), Joan Allred (Mel); 26 grandchildren; and 54 great-grand-children. Preceded in death by her son, Arlan Neil Bringhurst. The family would like to express their appreciation to the Alta Ridge Assisted Living Staff, and Millcreek Hospice staff, especially Lynda Davies and Dr. Lance Hewitt for their loving and compassionate care.
