Sweetwater, June 14 - Mrs. Ona Frances Ammons, 55, resident of Fisher County for 34 years, died at 5:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Sweetwater Hospital.
Survivors are her husband, J. W. Ammons, prominent stock farmer near Roby; five sons, D. A. of Quitaque, Texas, J. M., Seaman Second Class of San Diego, Calif., Lt. R. L. Ammons of Goodfellow Field, San Angelo, Lt. Ernest D. Ammons of Albuquerque, N.M., and Rayburn Ammons of Roby; three daughters, Mrs. Marvin Etter, Mrs. T. A. Hall and Arlene Ammons, all of Roby; five sisters, Mrs. H. B. Brown of Lubbock, Mrs. O. D. Emberton of Fort Worth, Mrs. Dell Lynn of Wellington, Mrs. Lynn Wood Robertson of Denton and Mrs. D. B. Bishop of New York City; and one brother, Calvin Brewer of Pyote.
Funeral arrangements have not been completed pending arrival of relatives, but will probably be held Friday. Burial will be in Roby.
