Manila Notes.
Died – August 11, of malarial fever, Albert Brewer aged 22 years. He leaves a wife and child, a father, sister, and two brothers to mourn his early departure. Deceased was raised in the Catholic faith and was beloved by all who knew him, for his noble qualities and generous disposition. The funeral took place on Monday at the Fairview cemetery. A large number of friends accompanied the remains to its last resting place. Deceased was born May 4, 1878, in Topeka, Kansas. His mother died when he was three years old, from which time he lived with his sister, Mrs. Alice Stinnett, until his marriage. He came to Oklahoma at the opening, and was married October 12, 1898, to Miss Florence Reed, of Pawnee, Oklahoma.
