Elderly Woman Dies On Tuesday At Hospital
Funeral services will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. from the M. Garfield Barbour and Son funeral home for Mrs. Della F. Adams, 24 North Morris st., Shippensburg, who died Tuesday evening in the Chambersburg hospital.
Rev. John F. Sammel, pastor of the Memorial Lutheran church (sic), will officiate and burial will be in Spring Hill cemetery.
Born on Oct. 31, 1871 in Shippensburg, Mrs. Adams was the daughter of the late Harry and Adaline Shuman Brenneman and was the widow of Oscar M. Adams.
Her survivors are, a daughter, Miss Adaline Adams, at home, and a son, Paul H. Brenneman, West Orange st., Shippensburg; two sisters, Miss Elsie A. Brenneman and Mrs. Mabel Shuman, both of Chambersburg; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday evening.
