Liddia (Kitty) White Brennan was one of nine children born to Cary Benjamin White and Sarah (Sally) Dunlap White. She married Leo Joseph Brennan. They had four sons, Lawrence Michael, Leo Joseph, Edward Bernard, and Patrick Richard. The White family was one of the first families in Texas. Her father fought under Sam Houston.
