Janet Breland Aime, age 79, of Waveland, passed away on November 2, 2015, in New Orleans, LA.
She was preceded in death her parents, K.T. “Ted” Breland and Hazel Magee Breland, and a brother, Donald Norman Breland.
Survivors include E.V. "Gus" Aime, her children, Rhonda Gamble, Tina Falgout, and Gus Aime, 10 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren, numerous other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Aime worked for St. Stanislaus College for 8 years and later retired from the City of Bay St. Louis after 22 years of dedicated public service. She was a member of St. Clare Catholic Church in Waveland and was a member over 40 years of the American Legion Post 139 Ladies Auxiliary where she served as Department President of the State of MS in 2001-2002. Mrs. Aime spent her life giving back to the community in public service and working for various organizations with fundraising efforts.
Visitation will be on Saturday, November 7, 2015, from 10 am – 12 noon at St. Clare Catholic Church in Waveland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 noon in the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Legion Post 139 Ladies Auxiliary, P.O. Box 3182, Bay St. Louis, MS 39520.
