BRATCHER RITES HELD TUESDAY
Mrs. Ollie Emily Bratcher, 90, Purcell, died January 19, in the Purcell Municipal Hospital following a long illness.
Born in Cleveland county, she spent her early life there and moved to the Washington area in 1915 where she lived until moving to Purcell in 1941. She lived here until her death.
She was a member of the Washington First Baptist Church and had been employed in Purcell restaurants until her retirement.
Funeral services were held Tuesday in the Yoakum Memory Chapel with Rev. Bill Blair officiating. Interment was in the Washington Cemetery.
Survivors include two daughters, Millie Payton of Oklahoma City; Donnie McCormack of Oakdale, Calif; three sons, Lenard, Levert and Luther all of Purcell; 11 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. Her brother Homer Jones of Washington was buried Sunday.
